7th Annual P.A.R.O.T. Bowling Tournament
Mark the date of Tuesday, October 9, 2018! Our host location is Strikers Family Sportscenter and the fun begins with a 6:00 p.m. registration and bowling starting at 6:30 p.m. Cost is $40 for adult bowler; $30/under 18 years of age, and includes 2 games of bowling/shoes, wings, pizza, beverages, raffles, prizes and tons of fun! All proceeds benefit the Foundation. Please pre-register by September 26th as an individual or a team in order to receive a T-shirt.

The P.A.R.O.T. Foundation is a 501(c)3 whose mission is to enhance Tamarac Parks and Recreation facilities and programs through partnerships and fundraising.The funds raised will provide funding for youth program scholarships, playground equipment, and parks and recreation events.

The 6th Annual P.A.R.O.T. Bowling Tournament was held on Tuesday, October 10, 2017. A total of 141 bowlers took part, including 41 City of Tamarac employees. Over $5,000 in proceeds were raised through the Tournament to benefit the Parks and Recreation Foundation of Tamarac. A donation will be made to the City’s 2017 United Way Campaign as well as the National Parkinson’s Foundation through the partnership between the Foundation and the City of Tamarac. The Foundation was established to support the City of Tamarac by raising funds for program grants and projects to increase the scope, quantity, and quality of Parks and Recreation programs, facilities and services. A huge thanks goes out to everyone for their support.
