2020 Golf Tournament

Come out to the ribbon cutting for the new Tephford Park Fitness Court on Saturday, December 7th, at 10 am. A first in South Florida, this fitness court will feature a unique area for people of all strength levels to exercise outside.

Equipment demonstrations and workouts will follow the ribbon cutting ceremony.

P.A.R.O.T. Bowling is back!

Join in on the latest special event by the Parks and Recreation Foundation of Tamarac, better known as P.A.R.O.T.! The fun happens on Wednesday, October 16, 2019 at Sawgrass Lanes, 8501 N. University Drive, Tamarac. Cost of $45/adult bowler includes 2 hours of bowling, shoes, wings, pizza, beverages, raffles, and prizes. All proceeds benefit the Foundation, a 501c3 whose mission is to enhance Tamarac Parks and Recreation programs and facilities through partnership and fundraising. Pre-register by October 1st as a team in order to receive a commemorative T-shirt. Sponsorships available. The Tamarac Parks and Recreation Foundation I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their contributions to the P.A.R.O.T. Foundation 7^th Annual Bowling Tournament held on Tuesday, October 9^th. The support and contributions are greatly appreciated and played a huge role in making our bowling tournament a tremendous success, having nearly “sold out” the entire event.

 The funds raised will help us further our mission to enhance Tamarac Parks and Recreation facilities and programs through partnerships and fundraising support. We are proud to announce that we raised over $7,000 during our bowling tournament. Funds raised from the Tournament will be used to support youth grants, provide holiday assistance for local families in need, and fund park equipment.
